This error occurs when the compiled code of one module is so large that its positions do not fit in the compiler’s 32-bit source positions. The source may be small while the compiled code is not, for example when a style lists a very large number of options.
How to fix
- Split the module into smaller modules.
- Reduce the number of style combinations that one call generates.
If the module has a normal size, report the error as a bug with the size of the input and the output.
