SW13001: Authored CSS parse error

This error occurs when the compiler cannot parse a CSS rule in your stylesheet. The message explains what the parser expected.

}

Fix the syntax that the message points to. In the example, the declaration needs a colon after color.

A syntax error that the compiler finds while it collects custom properties is reported as SW14006 instead.
